Returns and complaints

If your ordered product did not meet your expectations, please use Returns form . According to our store policies, completing the form is the basis for processing your return. We will not accept returns on orders for which the form has not been completed prior to return shipment.

During the complaint review process, we may request additional information, such as photos of the delivered product. The complaint process is described in the store's Terms and Conditions.

Please try to describe the problem with the product and provide any details about your order - the date of your order or your order number - this will help us identify the transaction in the store and quickly resolve your problem.

Please remember that you have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them.
